Malaga entertains Deportivo La Coruna with the morale sky high after winning in Madrid against Atletico by 0-2! The Costa de Sol outfit climbed up 15th in the table in a quite fragile three to the danger zone and are now aiming to win against a team they have won since 2000 neither at home nor on the road!!

Deportivo is a nut hard to crack but Real Madrid’s quality left them no choice last week. Still, the Galician outfit proved their mentality and never quit fighting against their mighty rival. Depor had to play depleted through injuries in the last games but in most of the times they did excellent work. Now striker Riki is back and with Valeron in a more active role in the centre of the field, Deportivo can escape La Rosaleda undefeated. But their priority here will be not to lose so a solid defensively side is expected to be fielded by Lotina with Valeron starting from the bench.

In Malaga, Muñiz can count on Nigerian striker Victor Obinna, who returned from Copa de África, while Gámez and Mtiliga are doubtful. Cenbtre back Weligton is suspended and Apoño, Hélder Rosario and Jordi Pablo are sidelined.
